Payments, Withdrawals and Refunds Policy
FEES:

All fees and charges are determined by Luke Koek & Energize Fit. Any deposits made are exclusively non-refundable unless extremely severe extenuating circumstances are concerned; in such an event, any deposit refunds will only be paid at the discretion of Energize Fit within a 90 day period.

All payment amounts and terms are defined by Energize Fit, as well as payment options, i.e. direct bank transfer (for one-off full payments) or a scheduled payment plan. If a participant experiences hardship and has a valid reason to pause payments, they must notify and consult with Energize Fit in advance of the account becoming overdue. Participants must be aware that missed payments will affect the overall balance amount owing and may cause the scheduled repayments to increase to ensure the balance of fees are paid in full prior to the course commencing. Participants who miss two consecutive scheduled payments without discussing their hardship with Energize Fit in advance will have their enrolment and payment plan terminated and no refunds will be paid.


Should a participant in this position wish to re-enrol and recommence their payment plan, they will be required to make a payment of all missed fees to bring the plan up to date and then the scheduled repayments will recommence. Participants will strictly not be able to join the course if fees are not paid in full prior to the course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made with Energize Fit.


WITHDRAWALS:

Participants who withdraw from the Retreat once enrolled must notify Energize Fit in writing of their intention to cancel their registration. The notice must include the participant’s request to receive a refund if they believe they are entitled to one. Energize Fit will assess the request and eligibility to a receive refund and make payment if approved within a 90 day period.


If the participant is not able to attended due to Covid-19, sickness, isolation or anything else related that would inhibit the participant from attended a full refund will be given not matter how late notice.


DISMISSAL POLICY:

Energize Fit reserves the right to dismiss participants from the Retreat for inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to an intoxicated or drugged appearing state or behaviour, possession of illegal substances, alcohol or weapons on the grounds of the training (including off-site excursions/activities), behaviour creating a safety hazard to persons or facilities at the training (including accommodation space and any venues visited during course) or disrespectful behaviour. Accordingly, if such a dismissal is needed, refunds will not be granted.

I understand, agree and accept...
1. that my participation in this course is voluntary and at my own risk and I hereby indemnify and release Energize Fit, their agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters and any person or body directly or indirectly associated with Energize Fit, against all liability (including liability of their negligence and the negligence of others) claims, demands, and proceedings arising out of all connected with my participation in ALL activities organised. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds my heirs, successors, executors and personal representatives.
2. any and all recordings or written materials included or presented as part of this program are the property of Energize Fit, or other authors specified, and may not be used without prior written permission and that duplication of these materials without authorisation is not permitted.
3. this course may be recorded or videotaped with the intention of making a product, and I agree that my image or voice may be duplicated for these purposes.
4. I am participating in this course voluntarily and I will take responsibility for my own wellbeing at all times; I agree that I will be at cause during this training and appropriate in my behaviour.
5. I am a healthy and stable individual, and I do not have any current medical or psychological conditions which would in any way impair my capacity to participate in this training or disrupt the positive experience of the other participants.
6. I will not be under the influence of any other drugs or alcohol during the course; if I am in an intoxicated state, I understand that I will be asked to leave the training as per the Dismissal Policy and will agree to do so.
7. to hold harmless Energize Fit for any of the choices I make during and after the course.
8. Energize Fit strictly require me to do so as they take no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage, destruction of my possessions or for the condition of my health and wellbeing.
9. that I am responsible for any travel costs to the retreat destination and will arrive before course commencement.
10. to pay all training course fees in advance as per my Payment Agreement with Energize Fit and in line with the Fees, Payments, Withdrawals and Refunds Policy.
