Not only does Luke keep everything honeat and real, he also keeps you on track and motivated.     After working with Luke for over 2yrs and having done almost all of his courses & challenges, I can say from the bottom... of my heart, that this man absolutely smashes it and the industry needs more of him. His approach is second to none. He not only changed my perspective on food, he challenged 15yrs of yo-yo dieting where I wouldn’t have been eating enough and completely overtrained for the fuel intake. His food is not only delicious, it’s nourishing and I never once lost energy. I never felt fatigued or got left going hungry. Luke’s passion and knowledge is worth every cent of investment into yourself. He not only educates you, he picks you up and motivates you. He challenges perspective to help you grow and to help you become the best version of yourself!! My favourite experience with Luke was doing Recalibrate. Where we dug deep into my mindset and my values. He helped me change the way I saw my world, helped me manage stress and immensely changed my life. I can’t recommend his programs enough.     Just completed my first 8-week challenge. This was the motivation I needed coming into the new year, I was looking for... something to push me out of my normal routine and get me back on track with my fitness goals. Throughout the challenge I learnt the importance of combining regular consistent exercise with a well-balanced meal plan. At no point did the feel like a diet, the meals were amazing, which made sticking to the plan easy. Luke was always on hand for any guidance required with the training plans and I learnt a lot about nutrition which will help me moving forward to keep on top of my goals.     The past 8 weeks have literally changed my life. I came into the Energize fit 8 week challenge as a beginner at the... very start of my weight loss lost journey a bit lost and it’s given me the education boost drive passion and motivation I needed to be successful in finally losing some kgs- I’ve lost 10kg in total in 8 weeeeks!! 😱 Luke & the team are unbelievably helpful and so supportive the amount of time the coaches invest in you In the 8 weeks is just insane. The meal plans are simply amazing and affordable! I now have several new favourite meals and snacks 😋 I understand a lot more now about nutrition and macronutrients and how tracking my health pillars is so important. I’m super thankful I overcome my fear of involvement and taking before and after pics because like I said this challenge has changed my life my mindset and goals are totally different to what they were 8 weeks ago and now I know I can actually loose weight sticking to the principles I’ve been taught.     Second challenge with Luke done! I've learnt and applied the pillars of health and while I didn't give this challenge... my all, the last 3 weeks I did and the results speak for themselves. If you put in the work, you get the results. Massive mindset changes knowing food is fuel, not an enemy, carbs aren't all bad and 4am at the gym is now a way of life and something I look forward to.     Today I went to the first Re-Energize Retreat at a gorgeous location in the Adelaide Hills. And just WOW! It was such... an amazing day starting with a workout and education session about stress management and operating at an optimal level. We also did a yoga session, had a transformational mindfulness and breath work session and finished the day with an ice bath and a swim. Post retreat I feel so free and so light because I had the most wonderful emotional release and let go of so many limiting beliefs. So grateful to Luke and his vision to hold an event like this and creating the space for us to learn more about ourselves and the benefits of breath work. I would highly recommend this retreat to one and all!read more

    I have just finished the Recalibrate program, and it has changed my life. It is honestly very easy to follow, and Luke... paves the way to a healthier, calmer and happier life. Each week there is new challenges to set, new meals to try, and will weekly phone calls, you recieve all the support you need. Luke is extremely encouraging and supportive no matter where you are in life or what struggles you are facing. I have learnt to not only find the positive in every situation, but also learnt to find time to stop and breath everyday. I have found a new love in exercise that I never thought I would, and feeling great for it. The meal plans are very easy to follow and the food is honestly delicious. And let's not talk about the amount of food you eat!!! I doesn't take hours of your day cooking food and you don't have to be hungry to be healthy or lose weight. This was my second program through Energize and I'm 20kg down, I have so much energy and am loving life with a new perspective. Thank you as always Luke 🫶read more

    I can't thank Luke enough for what he has done for me and my husband!!!!! I feel like we are both on a new wellness... path of fitness and better choices, and our family now has an awesome new range of delicious, nutritious meals on our menu to keep us on track 🏃‍♀️ I NEVER would've thought I could lose this much weight eating BREAD, RICE AND POTATOES 😋😋😋 11kg lost in 12 weeks and I'm already super-keen to start the next program and keep this going!     I’ve been apart of Luke’s challenges for some time now, I may not have lost huge numbers like some but Ive walked away... with a whole lot more.. I’ve learnt so much through Luke and Alecia and I finally think I get it 🤣 I’ve learnt that less is definite not best and quick and easy doesn’t have to be take away options. I’ve tried some different foods and flavours which I thought I would hate and I was so surprised. the meal plans have been amazing and dishes I will continue to make for myself and family.     I recently signed up to an 8 week challenge with Luke & wow did it exceed my expectations. I have committed myself... over this challenge , but I could not have done it without the amazing support of the community that Luke has created. I have loved the food ,the training program and the support and encouragement from Luke has been phenomenal. I have achieved so much ( over 9 kilos gone currently) , I am stronger , I am fitter I am enjoying the gym and working out . And I feel so good mentally as well .     After working with Luke for a few months now this legend has not only helped me to lose 12kg, but he has taught me so... much about nutrition and healthy eating. As someone who rarely ate breakfast and lunch, but used to binge eat at night, Luke showed me the importance of planning ahead and that not all "diets" need to be boring broccoli, chicken and rice.     Seriously Luke is the GOAT, i have done a 12 week challenge with Luke 6 week challenge with luke about 2 years ago and... like always he delivers, I have just finished the 8 week summer shred challenge with luke my goal was to get start getting my body back after having a baby and after a short 8 weeks I couldn’t be more happier with the results I am seeing he pushes you and motivates you to better your self and we all need that. The food is amazing you will never be disappointed with it, your energy levels and motivation goes up and your confidence comes back! What more can you want in a nutrition coach!     Luke is a an amazing coach. I can’t recommended him enough. I have just done an 8 week challenge and I feel fantastic.... I was in a bit of a rut and I knew I needed to do something, one quick message to Luke and he was on board with helping me so that I could start feeling happier, healthier and Energized. Not only have I gotten amazing results, But my mindset has changed too. My sleep is 100% better, even with two kids, my stress levels are down and I am happy. My gut and digestion are so much better and I still get to enjoy delicious foods.     I just finished a 12 week stint with Luke and must say I'm glad I did. I've done many challenges in the past and while... I had some good results the food I was eating was bland and sometimes tasteless. What I found with Luke's program is it had flavoursome food, foods that I like to eat and a good variety especially chocolate, ice-cream and even the odd beer. The weekly check-ins kept me accountable and focused on my target goal and also kept me in a good mindset. Even when I went on holidays I was mindful not to over eat and eat things that I shouldn't.     I started with Luke’s 6 week shred in August and continued on to the 8 week shred straight after. I found the meal... plans so tasty, full of variety and loved trying new foods I never thought I would. From pizzas to parmi’s, burgers, chocolate and ice cream I managed to lose 14kg in 14 weeks! Luke definitely knows his stuff, he will support you 100% and is happy to answer questions and give the best advice. I am so glad I decided to take the plunge and step out of my comfort zone to try something on my own but I am forever grateful I did and cannot thank Luke enough.     I’ve been working with Luke for nutrition coaching at least once a year for the last 5 years! He absolutely knows his... stuff and has helped me not only lose 30kg but maintain my weight. The food is incredible and the way he manipulates the menu to give you daily treats like pizza and burgers never makes you feel like you’re actually on a “diet.” He keeps you accountable and is always there to answer questions!     I just completed the 8 Week Summer Shred with Luke... I'm glad I stepped out of my comfort zone - it's not always easy... doing 'mum life' and look after yourself properly at the same time - but Luke made it simple, he offered support, guidance, buckets of knowledge and some crazy enthusiasm to set me up for success...!     I highly recommended doing the 8 week Shred challenge or any challenge with Luke! If you’re not sure where to start and... don’t really know anything about how to track your macros or just want some accountability, Luke will help! Not only do you get to eat amazing food whilst losing weight, Luke will educate on exactly what is needed to fuel your body correctly!     So happy I decided to do the 6 week challenge! But especially with Luke! He made me feel accomplished and not only that... I felt healthy, confident, stronger and overall a better person!     luke always gets results. I couldn't imagine losing 14kgs, it just seemed too hard. But following Lukes plans made it... SO easy! The meals are absoloutly delicious! This is honestly the easiest & most enjoyable way to loose weight, get fit & overall feel like a new person. I would say, if you're thinking about it, just do it. You wont regret it.     Just completed my first 12 week block with Luke. When I first started with Luke, I had followed a ketogenic diet for... 3 years, lost half my body weight but was down to eating 1 meal a day, living off Cauliflower, 1000 calories per day whilst eating no carbs!!! Luke introduced all food groups back into my diet and nearly doubled the calories I had been eating previously. My 12 week journey wasn’t about loosing weight, it was more about my relationship with food… but along the way, I lost a couple of KGs and 12cm off my waist. If your on the fence, jump in.     About 12 months ago I set myself a goal weight and after 9 months I plateaued 5kgs short of my goal, I lost all... motivation and was stuck. I then signed up for the 6 week shred challenge with Luke and all I can say is WOW! Luke helped me in so many ways, I stopped watching the scales and noticed all the other amazing changes - my sleep improved, I continue to make new 5km PBs, I am lifting heavier I lost 11.5cm off my waist and now, I am 1.9kgs lighter than my original goal weight!! All of this while eating amazing delicious food and feeling full at the end of every day.read more

    Where do I begin! I started with Luke when I was 7 weeks post-partum, after putting on well over 30kgs in pregnancy I... was really feeling horrible about how my body looked and felt. I was not eating well, no motivation and struggling for time with a new baby and returning to work at 12wks pp. Luke made everything so easy, he understood my limitations in regards to time and never put any pressure on me or made me feel bad about not being able to make it to the gym every day (or even every week if I’m honest!). He was the biggest hype man and I don’t know how I would’ve done this without his support or guidance. Although I’m not back to my post baby weight, I’m pretty dam close! With the nutritional knowledge that Luke has given me, I will now be able to continue improving myself and my wellbeing while eating delish food! 10/10! The difference start to finish is amazing!     I just finished a 12 week challenge with Luke and what can I say expect WOW! I have always been a yo-yo dieter and... never been able to keep the weight off. Luke made loosing weight not only easy but tasteful with his yummy meals plans. I managed to loose 15kgs in 12 weeks and then after finishing another 8kgs by keeping to his plans! If you are ever in two minds about doing this I say go for gold because it has 110% changed my life for the better.     just recently completed a 12 week program with Luke and couldn't be happier with the results. I lost over 11kgs and... loads of cms everywhere.. But the main thing that Luke sorted out for me was my gut health!!! His recommendations on what I should be eating and the supps I should be taking were spot on... no more bloating, no more burping and more importantly healthy looking poo poos 🤣😃 If you are looking for someone to really push you and keep you on track and to also give you the tools to continue on his principles after the program then Luke is your guy!!!     Where do I begin? Firstly I got my energy back then followed my weight loss. I did a 12 weeks challenge with Luke and... boy was that hard! Busy mum of 2, youngest was only 4 months at the time and working 2 jobs one of which was night shift, it was hard for me to fit in time for exercise to my already busy life. Luke believed and knew it was possible for me to finish my weight loss journey even when I didn’t believe in myself. I wouldn’t eat and miss important meals and think I would lose weight. Mean while Luke taught me that dieting wasn’t just eating salad, he taught me I could eat 2000 calories a day and drop weight.     Just finished a 12 week challenge with Luke, and honestly gained so much knowledge about foods and training. I have... experimented with food and diets in the passed but nothing comes close to the flexible dieting plan that the food guru himself enforces. Lost 8.2kgs and tbh could have been more strict on the diet and with a horrible early sleeping pattern early on with a new born I was stoked with the constant drops in weight. Also the coaching and encouragement in all situations was second to none. Anyone that’s considering a challenge or wants knowledge with their diet and wellbeing, I could not talk highly enough of luke and his processes, he’s a gun and genuinely gives a Fck about your goals. I have never felt so confident in food or in my mental health than what I do after finishing the challenge. If your considering working with Luke and wondering if he’s the right PT I assure you he is worth every penny.     I have just finished my 2nd round with Luke, the 6week shred this time. His knowledge around flexible "dieting" is... amazing. No boring foods, all the good stuff still included, makes the plans something you Want to stick to. both times I have lost avg of 1kg a week and just started round 3 🤪 to push the results further trusting his knowledge. his training routines are easy to follow and with options so they can be done from home.     I am BEYOND grateful to Luke the Energizer Man for his infinite wisdom of optimising the mind and body. I did a 6-Week... Shred with Luke and was mindblown at how I was able to eat so much more than I normally would, do fun (and fast!) workouts and completely reset my metabolism, energy levels and motivation 😍 I have gone down a dress size and have to add another hole in my belt.     If you’re still on the fence about whether this is the right guy for the job let me tell you about my experience! This... has been absolutely life changing in so many different ways! I did the 12 week nutrition plan including the bikini body sculpt, not only has my body transformed into something I thought was unreachable but the knowledge and understand I have now is something I never thought possible! Without the guidance of Luke I would not be where I am today, the confidence I have gained is phenomenal and the knowledge I now have to carry on for the rest of my life is unreal!     I've just recently finished my 1st 12 week training with Luke Koek that end Christmas week. What can I say!!! Luke is... positive, encouraging, upbeat, honest, raw and a nice guy to boot !!. I strongly recommend that if you have struggled with weight loss for many a year, then get in contact with this guy. Luke will change your life. I was never hungry, never had cravings and ate good simple meals including desserts, in which I lost almost 12kgs & cms all over.     Just finished my first 6 week challenge! 5.6kgs down and 31.5cms lost overall. 🔥 Thank you Luke for coaching me... through the last 6 weeks. For all the free educational content in your videos and posts. Your videos kept me motivated and accountable! They were awesome. Im so happy with my results but the biggest outcome from following your meal plans over the last 6 weeks is my gut health and my anxiety.
